How Trident handles your information.

1. Who We Are

Trident Swim Academy LLC (“Trident,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is preparing to offer swim instruction in the Greater Boston area. This Privacy Notice applies to information collected through TridentSwimAcademy.com and our connected pre-launch interest form.

2. Information We Collect

When a parent, guardian, adult swimmer, or prospective customer joins our interest list or contacts Trident, we may collect information you choose to provide, including:

• Your name, email address, and phone number.
• Swimmer name and age.
• Preferred town or area.
• Preferred lesson format.
• Schedule and availability information.
• Sibling or household scheduling preferences.
• Previous experience with swim programs.
• Swimming goals.
• Interest in future programming for swimmers under age 3.
• How you heard about Trident.
• Other information you choose to include in your response.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank-account information, full payment-card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive financial credentials through the public interest form or ordinary email.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information submitted through the website or interest form to:

• Respond to questions and inquiries.
• Understand demand for locations, schedules, age groups, and lesson formats.
• Plan Trident’s launch schedule and program offerings.
• Recommend appropriate lesson options when enrollment opens.
• Send updates about Trident’s facility, schedule, pricing, enrollment opening, and related program information.
• Maintain the interest list and communicate with prospective families and adult swimmers.
• Operate, secure, and improve our website and related systems.
• Meet legitimate legal, accounting, insurance, or business obligations.

4. Google Forms and Service Providers

Trident currently uses Google Forms to collect pre-launch interest information, and responses may be stored in a connected Google Sheet. Google and other service providers we use may process limited technical or account information as necessary to provide and secure their services.

If Trident later adds online registration, account management, payment processing, analytics, or other website-connected services, this notice may be updated to reflect those tools and data practices.

5. How We Share Information

Trident may share information only when reasonably necessary to operate the business, provide services, protect safety, comply with law, or work with service providers and professional advisers that support our operations.

Trident does not sell personal information collected through this pre-launch website or interest form. We also do not currently use the website for cross-site behavioral advertising or advertising-pixel tracking.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Trident website and interest form are intended for parents, guardians, and adult swimmers. They are not intended for children under 13 to submit personal information directly to Trident.

Parents and guardians may provide information about their children for swim-lesson interest, launch planning, and future placement. If Trident learns that a child under 13 submitted personal information directly without appropriate parental involvement, we may delete that information or take other appropriate steps.

7. Email and Telephone Communications

If you join the interest list or contact Trident, we may use the email address or phone number you provide to respond to your inquiry and communicate about Trident’s launch, programs, scheduling, or enrollment.

Submitting the interest form is not consent to receive recurring promotional text-message marketing. If Trident later uses promotional SMS marketing, any required consent language and opt-out process will be provided separately.

8. Data Retention and Security

Trident intends to keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for inquiry follow-up, launch planning, enrollment, customer service, legal compliance, and legitimate business recordkeeping.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the size of the business and the information we handle. No website, email system, form, or Internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through general website forms or ordinary email.

9. Your Choices

You may contact Trident to ask about information you or your family submitted, request a correction, request deletion where appropriate, or ask to stop receiving promotional email. Some information may need to be retained for legal, safety, accounting, insurance, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate reasons.

10. Changes to This Notice

Trident may update this Privacy Notice as the website, forms, enrollment systems, or business practices change. The current version will display an updated effective date.
